ADULT ADHD THERAPY
Are You a Restless Explorer?
Have you lived many different lives? Are you always coming up with new ideas? If you are interested in something can you move mountains in a day?
But do your passions also burn out fast? Are you often exhausted or overwhelmed? Do you often feel like you should have more to show for your life than it seems you do?
As someone with ADHD myself, believe me I get it. To have ADHD is to exist in a life full of confusing contradictions. And if you started to explore the idea of having ADHD as an adult, it often comes with a life time of feeling like you are different and misunderstood.
Therapy for ADHD helps you untangle this whole mess. It helps you learn who you are without shame or masking. It helps you learn why you are the way you are and helps you develop strategies for managing the things you can not change. AND it helps you craft a durable life that is true to you, full of newness and excitement as well as the laundry.
We can help you build a life that is both sustainable and fulfilling.
