Supervision and Consultation.

I love working with new clinicians who are finding their own feet in this wonderful and weird profession. I specialize in providing supervision to those that are interested in working with adults and couples navigating developmental and relational trauma, ADHD, and anxiety. I also have a second business providing holistic mental health resources to athletes called The Whole Athlete (thewholeathleteproject.com) and think a lot about identity, our relationship to our bodies, and transitions/grief in this realm. My approach blends psychodynamic theory, attachment theory, and research into neurobiology and neurodevelopment and I have pursued additional training in PACT, IPNB, Attachment Theory, and neurodiversity. All mixed with a healthy dose of humor and levity!

In supervision, I also love exploring and unpacking our identities as therapists and helping folks find freedom with how they approach this strange profession. I also have a strong business sense and enjoy mentoring clinicians on the ins and outs of starting and running their own private practices as well as getting creative with other ways to diversify their businesses. I am available to meet in person in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle or virtually with anyone seeking licensure in WA. Please feel free to reach out with any questions!
